Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sundayresetteam.com website and the cleaning, organization, and related home services offered by Sunday Reset Collective LLC ("Sunday Reset," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Sunday Reset provides residential cleaning, home organization, move-in and move-out preparation, and related concierge home services on Florida's Treasure Coast. Service scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed in a written estimate before work begins. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

2. Booking & estimates

Requests submitted through our contact form are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation of date, scope, and price. Estimates are based on the information you provide; if the home differs materially on arrival, we may adjust scope or pricing with your consent.

3. Access to your home

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time, securing pets, and disclosing hazards (e.g., recent pest treatment, biohazards, structural issues). If we cannot safely access or work in the home, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods are listed on your invoice. Late balances may accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Florida law, whichever is less.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or lockouts at the door, may be billed at 50% of the scheduled visit.

6. Satisfaction

If something isn't right, please notify us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. This re-clean is our sole remedy for service concerns.

7. Damage & liability

We treat every home with care and carry general liability insurance. Please secure or disclose irreplaceable, sentimental, or high-value items in advance; these are excluded from our liability. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the visit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that fail due to age or condition (e.g., loose fixtures, aged finishes, fragile décor).

8. Non-solicitation of team

Recruiting our team members significantly impacts our business. You agree not to directly hire or engage any Sunday Reset team member outside of Sunday Reset for a period of 12 months after they last serviced your home, except by written agreement and a referral fee.

9. Website use

Content on this site — including text, photography, the Sunday Reset name, and marks — is the property of Sunday Reset Collective LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Privacy

Information you share with us is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Martin County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
